She was there every step of the way.If it was a text or call looking for a recommendation or just needing to vent she was there. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy....But Kadie was there! This girl has all of the connections and ideas! The final days leading up to my wedding not only did my florist develop COVID but unfortunately Kadie did as well, but that did not stop her! Kadie was a call away always the ENTIRE time and sent a member of her team to fill in. Leslie was my everything that day and she didn't miss a beat due to Kadie's preparedness & communication! I truly don't know what I would've done without these ladies.

Kadie Salazar is amazing! She was truely a Godsend for my daughters wedding this past June. From the first meeting we had with her, a feeling of calmness came over me. I was extremely stressed, being the Mother of the Bride and trying to make everything perfect for my daughter and her fiance. I needed to separate myself from that role that day and be in the moment.

Kadie came Prepared and eager to help us see our vision come to reality. From rehearsal dinner to the very end of the wedding night she was there. She is such a sweet soul with so much enthusiasm. This girl was up to any task that needed to be done. I walked in the kitchen at one point and she was literally cutting salad and prepping food. She was punctual, organized and most of all so sweet and encouraging.
I would highly recommend Kadie for any event! She made Thomas & Charley's wedding perfect for them!

I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Kadie Salazar. She completely over exceeded all my expectations as to what a wedding coordinator should do.
She met with my mom and I to get a feel on what we were expecting my wedding day to look like and how I wanted it to flow. I already had all my vendors chosen and Kadie took down their information with great detail and made sure that if there were any questions or problems on my big day that neither myself or my mom had to worry about it. Not only did she help us create a wedding day timeline, she helped us coordinate our wedding rehearsal and was there to help decorate for our special day.
Kadie played a major role in my wedding and I don't think I will ever be able to repay her! Your wedding day is intended to go off without a hitch and Kadie did that for us. Everything went according to the plan and it was an absolutely beautiful day. Whether it was decorating, putting food on plates, sticking to a time frame or wrangling groomsmen, she did it all! I would highly recommend Kadie to anyone that is needing any extra wedding guidance or for any major event.
