All event packages will have a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the package amount- due at booking to secure date.

Deposit will be applied towards total.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before wedding day.

WEDDING OR EVENT COORDINATION

This package is for couples that have or will secure all of their vendors, but just need help in creating their detailed day-of timeline; fine tuning details, managing logistics and day-of coordination. This package includes, but is not limited to the following:

• As many client meetings as desired (including venue walk through if desired)

• Unlimited email/text/phone correspondence with clients—

• Vendor correspondence and coordination prior/during wedding 

• Venue walk through/floor plan creation to map out event flow and discuss wedding details if desired.

• Create plan and produce comprehensive and detailed timeline for scheduled events and vendor logistics

• Manage and coordinate wedding rehearsal– Additional time shall be $100/Hour for any additional time rendered. The client will be able to roll any unused time to wedding day. 

• Direct all timing of your events, gather and line-up wedding party, direct guests to their seats, cue musicians/DJ

• Distribute final payments to vendors on Wedding Day if the client desires.

• Wedding Day (Hours dependent on package selected), Every additional hour after allotted hours on wedding day will be $100/hour

6 HOURS- 1 Hour Rehearsal + 5 Hour Wedding Day  $1000.00

8 HOURS- 1 Hour Rehearsal + 7 Hour Wedding Day $1200.00

10 HOURS– 2 Hour Rehearsal + 8 Hour Wedding Day $1500.00
